TRAGIC TIME : TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN .(TRAIN_TRAGEDY IN INDIA ---28/May/10 )
1..Is it now clear that no Train /Transport is anymore safe for common rank of Indian people.The Authority seems functional only at AFTER-MATH phase and duty /resposibility ends with Rs 5 lakh for a deadHusband/Son/Parents and 1 lakh, if injured. Shall there be no Safe Transport for people , The Pro-active intelligence and/effort is a non-functioning feature . SO , JUST PRAY WHILE YOU GO OUT , The Transport Authority can not give you any assurance in your travel onward or back.
2. The other allied Authority looks equally helpless and turns to Center for more financial Aid and finding fault with Rivals and is reluctant to seek Central (Federal) help at National Level and thinks the State Police is good enough to deal TERRORISM of Modern Time.
3. The CENTER is shaky with 'stiched-up' Majority and admits its in-capacity with 'Limited Mandate'.
Where are now the People left , if not in the State of Total Uncertainty/ hesitancy and failing intelligence and Pro-active Approach.
India now need an' Abe LIncoln' -( like of America civil War time,) to keep the Nation united with ' Iron-Hand' without , every time, researching on the AFTER-MATH Tragedies and offering some CASH for each one dead/injured.
IS IT UNCERTAINTY-Principle OR COLLAPSE SYNDROME ? CAUSE BECOMING EFFECT & EFFECT GENERATING CAUSE ! [ G.O.K ( God only knows)].
