Comment : From now onwards, the clever strategy of Naxals or Maoists could be , i think ,to trap and take one IAS officer each month to get all their friends/associates freed from jaiis, after their capture.
A govt that can not protect its people or officials,through pro-active intelligence, might have to pay through everyway,otherwise and heavily.
