The PM - India may be 'not be invovoved' ,personally, in recent CENTRAL GOVT. Scams & Corruption, directy ...But ... if "Abatement of Crime " is still a respected Law there, the PM is ,then, deeply involved in the process of Administrative degeneration.
In ADMINISTRATIVE _ SPHERE , personal honesty has no cumulative value if one is incompetent or in-effective in Captain-ship and reigning over his wild 'horses.
I cannot , still , forget the media picture of his patting Raja in Chennai , after Raja had to resign his Cabinet-tpost ,not by PM's 'directive' but uder the weight of Mdia-Noise and the consent of his Party BOSS -K- nidhi.
