COMMENT : NOTHING WRONG . THEY ARE BUT NORMAL HABITS THEY MOSTLY READ FROM 'SPEECH WRITERS' WRITINGS AND SCARCELY THEIR OWN rarey know what they reading, from where.. SO MISTAKES ARE SO NATURAL.
Even otherwise,F.M's job is to keep good realation with foreign Countries.
And while peeeping through others writing is spying, for India, our ideal is -not peeping into others speech but noble 'mission' of reciting other countrries' speeches loudly and openly to prove our generosity and open-hearted attitude.So, the F.M may be congratuated openly.
