It is naked indulgence to fiurther Hostage-business for Ransom or surrender.
This immoral cowardice and impotency should be taken up as a National Issue
for DEBATE in Parliament.

Abduct or hold hostage an important Social or Political Icon, I think , then get whatever you want to 'extract' .
