1.Some 'Mr. X' was honest personally but was incompetent in official capacity.
2.Offering subsidy for food & Keroseneve to certain section and Offering subsedy to Corpotate business Class have the mora status in the eyes of a PM.
3. Mr. X was ,perhaps, innocent but allowed his 'Basement' to be used by the thieves and criminals and now is sorry for his 'bi-focal' defects.
4.The king un-willing to vacate his throne but confessed his helplessnes & lack of Authority .
That reveals the DILEMA of DUALITY or crisis of Multiplicity.
