OPINION :
MAMATADI, So let it be as U demand to be ( You are ,to day most powerful in PASHCHIMBANGA ) .
But see that the word , at least is spelled correctly. There are 3 types : talabya , Murdhanya & dantya 'sa' -s in Bangali literature and in PASHCHIMBANGA, you may , please, see that talabya-sa(sa i.e SH or sh) is used.
And please know that another colonial word 'BENGAL' is also a clonial 'slang'.[Ggrammer of the Bengal Language - by Halhead (1778)-Bangla Sahityer Itibritta - by Asit K. Bandopadhya].
Rabindranath never used 'bengal' in his bengali poems or somngs.Then he would have "DRABIDA -UTKALA 'BENGAL' in place of 'Banga'" Or "Amar sonar bengal , ami tmai bhaobasi '
