OPINION : No Mr. Kejriwal, we all , did not elect our PM . PM in India is not elected on All-India basis but decided by Party Nomination/selection( or by Coalition decision). The present PM was elected as MP from Assam i,e only by a fraction of Indian Populaion as a whole.
Ideally, there should be Constitutional Ammendment to get the PM elected at All- India level, like the President of U.S.A. In that case you could have an EFFECTIVE PM who would not have to wait for the directions from his party PRESIDENT or some Group- ADVICE.
