COMMENT:Poor MAN ! he scarcly have time to check events backwards and has to depend so much on SPEECH-WRITER.It must be the fault of Speech Writer and there should be an Enquiry - cimmission. He did not ,surely authorise any one to write a speech without checking.
Of course that was issues of earlier Parliament ----not 15th accosrding to FM.
