COMMENT : Why not Generalise and Regularise this 'Brilliant' scheme of 'CAsh-for
vOTE ' for Public during every General Election ( National & State-
elections) so that common man also can taste the honey of Cash-for-Vote ?
Or Every vote should be sold by AUCTION so that not only some party or Govt
ensures or Insures its own Stability but every commoner also gets some
benefit from this Novel Scheme of Cash-for Vote -Scheme.
*** For Permanent Settlement , Constitutional Ammendment is advocated , introducing this Cash-For-Vote Scheme,to root -out Political CORRUPTION.[This is a 'free advice -scheme from someone 'tooth-less'.
