COMMENT : IF CASH -FOR -VOTES could be made 'OPEN ' and 'LEGAL' , like in AUCTION or in some Parliamentary System - somewhere ,poor people of India could improve their cndition so much !! - every Electin year .
What a briiant idea ! Should not make this idea 'Patent-ed' ?

Of course PM has asserted that he he was not involved in any such deal. Admitted ! But waht ? If he was not involved but he 'Evolved' the idea and got it done without being involved.
This can be like some germs that doesnot cause the 'Disease' but is carrier of infection. { Feel , my ALZ is rushing out of my head !]
