Cash-for-Votes: Probe or eyewash?

Comment : If even the shodow of what is happening is true : Why not every Indian should be allowed , constitutionally, the similar chance of CASH-FOR _VOTE during every NATIONAL and STATE Election to come out of the financial ditch that the politicians push them in ? ...This may sound 'absurd' but how else to paint the picture !
