Result - Gradual Alienation of ' Neutral Population ' . Frustration and Economic Sliding Back.
Peoples Response :( i) May avoid Polling Booth on VOTING DAY. (II ) Demand the right to register NEGATIVE Vote .
No Political Party ( In power or Outside) should have any right to make commoners (without private means of transport) suffer, or put them to difficulties or harass Public , unless the STRIKE /' Bandh ' is a major National Issue and decided by 'JOINT OPPOSITION''. for COMMON CAUSE.
