Teen- age Emotional storms/shocks are quick like 'spinal Reflex' and do not wait or Plan over four to five days . The Investigators should search and re=search elsewhere to find the Cause [ 'Rats and rats ' - Shakespeare ]
Common Sense is oftener - a rare sense too .The Investigators / detectives should scan intensely the period between the boys coming back 'Home' and committing 'Suicide' i.e those 4 to five days in-between. Look at the whole Picture under a Lens.
The 'Rat' may be hiding somewhere beyond the School .
Of course , the principal is guilty of caning the student. This is 21st Century and not Feudal Age and must accept his due. ...Would he accept a 'Re-turn Public Caning', even mild ?
