COMMENT - But Whom to blame ! / P.O.K was created by some top leader of India by going to UN [ a wrong step] and fell into a Political Ditch that is still 'wide and deep' since the 'Beginning' . Now taking decades to solve for - 2 steps backward and 1 step (or half) forward !...I think, Foreign - policy of India is no 'Smart'.
