ABOUT CORRUPTION : SCIENTIFIC OBSERVATION

Corruption Is a Genetic Disorder affecting people at individaua Level , influenced by Poverty (individual or National) and domination of a Race over long -long period (even centusies) by feudal or Imperial powers and thus bring into individual life or Nation, Genetic Mutation that affects Character of people and Nation even after liberation called' FREEDOM'. The observable effect can be seen ;
1. Hiding of 70 L. krores of rupees in Swiss Bank, even when 55 percent of people in India remains poor and 45 % at starvation level( UN-report) .and to cover it,behind, the Serving Govt. & opposition raises all silly issues to fool the Nation and invent other cover- ups prognostigating the DOOM of the Nation within Time-bound Condition.[ USA offered 25 Million Dollars to Afgans to get OSAMA & no body came forward].
2.The most recent or closest example is C.W.G preparation of India under the management of Delhi State. Already millions of and Crores of Rupees have started leaking out by corrupt-means , like drain-out through flooded holes and leakes and may prove that India is not even qualified to hod a CWG ,leave apart the hope of Holding Olympic Games ever.
3. A passe-rby commented unto my years - ' If there were Gold Medals for Corruption,in OLYMPIC , our country would have got all of them -gold, Silver & Bronze ', hands down.
