CENSUS Vs CASTE - BASIS

CENTRAL GOVT. SHOULD have no BUSINESS to put emphasis on Caste in CENSUS unless to fulfil its obligation to make the all INCLUSIvE IDEAL to absorb all one Great Stream Line Or to offer economic lifting up.
I was a student of Genetic -Medicine and with that base dare to say that Caste -Classification is necessary and good for studying Ethnic and Genetic disposition in any Race. Otherwise ;

CENSUS, for the benefit of the Nation, and to liberate from political exploitation [for VOTES], should make four divisions E.g i) Starvation level ii Poverty or struggling level iii) Viable lower Income Group And Iv) well -off and rich class
The CENSUS should be done without qualifying high, low ,ST, OBC etc . I have seen poor Brahmins folding down like a slave/servant before OBC MIilionairs.

There are only TWO Classes in the Modern world ; I) the Haves and II)Have-Nots.
All classes melt down when you have enough or you have nothing.
