OPINION :
EVEN DELHI'S (CONGRESS) CPWD could not allow a CCTV at gate no 5. Now PM 's LETHAL Missile "COWARDS" is, I think, the final amunition and VISITING the DEAD-S at HOSPITALS, if the reatives allow.
Of course the PM should be allowed a MAGIC WAND and HM , a MAGIC bullet.
