Congress MP and spokesman Manish Tewari has tendered a written apology to social activist Anna Hazare, saying he regretted his remarks .

Only 'Clever' Regret can not efface the type of remark he made.
If not true , he should bite dust [ touch his feet and request to be forgiven].
