The National Investigating Agency (NIA) is examining a new email that claims responsibility for yesterday's bomb blast at the Delhi High Court in which 12 people were killed and more than 70 injured.

When Pro-Active Intelligence and Pre-emotive Striking potentiality fails, the MACHINERY dances like , CIRCUS -CLOWNS to the whim of in-coming E-mails , even if false.
A Govt , that can't be PRO-Active loses the right to RULE.

Opinion:
When A Govt is functioning, I think, under an inept PM and Terrorism plays havoc and no pro-active intelligence is lacking, the Govt dance like a Circus- clown to every E-mail that any X-Y-Z sends.
A SHIP on the stormy OCEAN, needs a STERN & STRONg ,with MASCULINE SPINE.
THere the present Govt. I think, fails in FITNESS to face the storm as it is.!
