The National Investigating Agency (NIA) is examining a new email that claims responsibility for yesterday's bomb blast at the Delhi High ourt .

Random E-MAILS from any corner can make this GOVT PANIC & DANCE like a FOOL !
Because IT has no PROACTINVE INTELLIGENCE MACHINERY and can only poise likae A DDON QUIXOTE or DANCE like a CLOWN to EVERY E-MAIL OR shed SYMPATHY through SPEECH -WRITER'S DRAFT at the MOURNING VENUE of the DEAD !
It does not have MONEY for CCTV ; For, all is DRAINED out in 2G & CWG -SCAM !!Or Its Intelligence works only in 'IN-FIGHTING 'and little is left to takle TERRORISM !
