Within hours of blast, High Court resumes proceedings

The Delhi High Court, along with several benches of the Supreme Court, initially suspended proceedings today after a powerful blast rocked its premises, but resumed functioning within hours to send a strong message that it "will not be cowed down by such terror acts

BUT the PARLIAMENT TOOK ' CASUAL_ LEAVE ' at the first chance with their REVISED PAY!
Tells the difference, I think, between the present drowsy GOVT. and the PRO-ACTIVE JUDICIARY that is keeping DEMOCRACY FUNCTIONING.
