Delhi High Court blast: Now a 3rd email claims responsibility

The Delhi Police has got another email claiming responsibility for the September 7 blast at the High Court in Delhi. The mail was reportedly sent to the Delhi Police website on the day of the blast at about 4 pm. 13 people were killed in the attack.

In the Biggest DEMOCRACY , every one has the right to semd any E_mail ( so more is wecome).
As Our Present 'state of intelligence' can not trace any,
all TERRORISS are REQUESTED TO CO-OPERATE .
Otherwise they will be declared ---'COWARDS !'
