Last Lokpal meeting today: Inclusion of PM the sticking point

The members of the Lokpal Bill drafting committee - which combines five ministers and five non-elected representatives headed by Mr Anna Hazare - will meet for the last time today, as a last resort to arrive at some kind of consensus.

OPINION :
How Mr. K. Sibal was included in the Lokpal Committee, when he could not, I think, examine the C.A.G report of CVC , even, correctly as was revealed afterwards and pointed by SC (if i rememeber it well).
