COMMENT : Maybe ! As 'Ten-Star Govt' do not meet the ordinary half-star protesters
unless it is Air- port or Five star hotel. And Mr. D. Sing , I think, is an
executive of such party that heads such Govt.
[If I approached him with the same issue,I would not be allowed to
meet , I think, anyone other than a barking dog at his gate.
* Ten-star govt. entertains only 'five-star satyagraha'.
