AGREED !
That's why the PM should elected by NATIONAL pole ({needs Amendment of Constitution) and after election must give up his PARTY-affiliation for the period of his tenure.During his PM-ship he has to answer to none but the Nation & People.
But who will 'Bell the Cat' in the present set-up ??
