Mukul Roy son arrested at Mamata rally

If it is proved that the son of a TMC -Leader ( Central Minister ) has assaulted an Election official while on duty, his arrest should be non-bailable and the jail-term shoud be maximum.
This is a clear issue for LOK Pal Drafting also .
The Nation can well imagine , what will be the nature of Administration ,if such leaders become ministers after winning the West Begal Eection !
LOK PAl Bill - body should take note of this event also.
