NDTV Correspondent, Updated: April 11, 2011 20:51 IST Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal is one of the five ministers who will represent the government on the committee. At a public meeting in Delhi on Sunday, Mr Sibal said, "Can the Lokpal Bill help send a child to school? When a poor man needs help to admit his child to hospital and he can't do it without calling a politician, how will the Lokpal Bill solve .

COMMENT : What a reference on dis-connected Issues....one passerby commented :'Child-like citations and 'hospitalised'-state'.
On such background of absurd citations, may one observe : when all the members of the Govt are from the Single Party of UPA II, how that can claim to represent the whole Nation? On such condition alone, there should be more representation from people's side.
