But there is a more hidden alternatine i.e all Black money could be , without public display,yransferred to the SWISS BANK, as most of them do and that is a much better mask for public deception. Now We have 70 lakh crores of Rupees in Swiss Bank to keep it secret and bluff our starving Indians. But who to bell the cat as, leaders have their share there too.
