RESPONSE :
Well, -it  NOT -- 'still on' for very long time , for me .
For me : 
1 . It is only Bharat  and  the word 'INDIA' is a  Greek -Slang' -for me.
2. For me it is Sanatan Dharma  and the word - 'HINDU' Is   a Persian slang for me .( I don't think I am a Hindu, though i practise the 'root'
dharma.
3, I do not recognise the  word 'Hindustan' which  is also a  Persian Invaders  Slang  - word.
   I am not a   'Hindustani '  yet a  Bharatya.  if   some Govt. or our leaders are ignorant of facts   or  don't know how to  dis-card  Bad-habits  or  sycophancy, --i am not responsible for that !
