SO What ! He might not have understood, I think , So many other things like C.A,G , 2 G . Scam in time; not even the complexity of DMK - Friendship , until SC took-over the issues .

Even now , he does not ,perhaps, under stand the 'advance technology 'of the deptt's (under Home Ministry ) inclusion of a Dead man in the "List of WANTED".
