COMMENT : Even Jethmalani's opinion is faulty and tainted. The LAW is 'law' and there is no mam or woman divison before SUPREME Judiciary. Jethmalani would have said another thing if she was not the daughter of DMK Supremo or paid him enough.
The real Judgement makes no sex-differenciation.After the judgement Jethmalani can spend millions for her comfort, No objection.
