Equally   popular  like  'CHEAT' - FUND  SCHEME' [ or SCAM-s]   are  smaller- Scale -  N.G.O -s    in   RURAL ,SEMI -URBAN   or  even URBAN  areas  where    collections  are  made  in the  forms   of   'Donations ' / ' Gifts'   and   in    names  of ' ORGANIZATION-s ' without  LEGAL - process (  REGISTRATION )  and    proper    DOCUMENTATION  like Receipt, Accounting  and  Audit ( at  Govt, Level).
They may  be    even  more  in  number  than  exposed   CHIT-FUND -  SCAMS
of  recent    MEDIA  -NEWS  .
