The Congress' loss in Hisar election was not a surprise. But its candidate, Jaiprakash, fared so poorly that he lost his deposit.

Even after the loss of DEPOSIT in HISAR, the statement of PM sounds ,I think, like that of a skilled sycophant in stead of a NATIONAL LEADER !
Of course, a leper's sore does not feel anything, the ultimate effect/complication of a long suffering and decay !
The very statement , i think, disqualifies him for the post , unless RE-ELECTED by NATIONAL ELECTION process, like in US.
