this  is   a  different  WORLD
this  is  ANOTHER  WAR   and  ----

can have  no  REAL  VALUE   or  Effect  .

Only  PROACTIVE  -  INTELLIGENCE
with  fitting  EXCELLENCE
will  be  the  REAL  RESPONSE
for  the   SAFE-GUARD   AND    SAFETY
