I  THINK :
Some  opportunistic  politicians of  some   political  parties  ( in  so  called  Democracy )  sing  very  loudly  --' SECULAR '     while       charting    their  Vote-getting  Plans  , merely .
Otherwise   they  are    sadly  more  communal    in  their  camouflaged   ' Vital'.
Often  they  have  been    very    successful  and  oftener   they  have  grabbed  power    and  ruled   over  the  fate  of  the  people  !
